Kroger Delta and UFCW Local 1529 Reach Fully Recommended Tentative Agreements

Good news! After meaningful discussions over the last few months, Kroger Delta and UFCW Local 1529 bargaining committees have reached fully recommended tentative agreements on new Clerk and Meat contracts for associates in Mississippi; Jackson, Tennessee; and the Memphis metropolitan area.

These are good agreements that reward all associates with more money and continued company investment in affordable healthcare and reliable pension benefits.

Next Steps
The union will share the details of the fully recommended Clerk and Meat agreements as well as the dates and times for upcoming ratification vote meetings.
