Bargaining Continued with Start to Economic Discussions

This week, Kroger Delta and UFCW Local 1529 met with the full bargaining committee to continue negotiations.

• The company opened economic discussions by sharing a “State of the Division” presentation led by Division Vice President of Operations Niki Harvey.
• The presentation focused on the competitive environment and the work the division is doing to serve customers, grow the business, and remain competitive.
• The company and union also exchanged healthcare proposals and had meaningful discussions about healthcare benefits.
